Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have opportunities for PCAs within Bristol and Worcester counties.

Personal Care Aides are required to possess a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick, ability to read, write and carry out directions and maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job. Additionally, all PCAs must satisfactorily complete the standard Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification program.

Requirements:

• Current PCA certification
• Bi-lingual – English/Spanish and English/Portuguese

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Appropriately assist clients with personal care activities and provide companionship tasks in accordance with the care plan.
• Appropriately assist with household tasks directly related to the client’s health and in accordance with the care plan.
• Document services provided accurately.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition or incidents immediately.
