O’Connell Care at Home is a leader in supporting individuals who want to safely age in place in their home. We are LOCALLY owned with our operations and offices located in the communities we serve. 

Our Greenfield office, located at 134A Hope Street, is hiring Homemakers and Personal Care Homemakers (PCHM) with a variety of short and long shifts available.  If you're looking for a position with a company that has strong western Massachusetts roots where you can put your passion for helping others to meaningful use, we want to meet you! 

The types things you will help our clients do:

  • Follows care plan as directed by office and nursing team
  • Supports consumers by providing light housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands.
  • Notifies office team or nursing of changes, concerns, or unusual conditions with consumer.
  • Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment
Job qualifications
  • Drivers license and insured vehicle to travel between client homes
  • A reliable cell phone and email
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Possess a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, with a desire to be an effective member of the team.
