Job description
  • Enables consumers to stay in their homes.
  • Follows care plan as directed by designated supervisor.
  • Supports consumers by providing light housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands.
  • Notifies designated supervisor of changes, concerns, or unusual conditions with consumer.
  • Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment.
  • Maintains security precautions.
  • Follows prescribed dietary requirements and nutrition standards.
Job qualifications

Must be at least 18 Years.

Is flexible, Sensitive to the needs of others, reliable, and able to cope with emergencies.

Able to carry out and understand directions and instructions. 

Must have reliable transportation.

Valid Drivers license. 

CORI and background checks will be completed prior to employment.

Medical and TB test / X-Ray completed with in a year.
